As CEO, Tim Mulhere brings over two decades of leadership experience with a proven track record of driving long-term strategy and organic growth with strong experience in acquisitions and divestitures to drive profitable growth. Prior to joining PSSI, Tim held positions at Ecolab, Witco, and IBM, accumulating over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, leadership, business management, building effective executive teams, global business management, strategy development, and mergers & acquisitions. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University Pleasantville Campus.

Vipul Soni

Chief Financial Officer

Vipul Soni brings over 25 years of experience in driving financial success and strategic growth. Prior to joining PSSI as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vipul served in various key positions at renowned organizations such as CFO of ServiceMaster Brands, Managing Director at Brynwood Partners, and various financial positions with Procter & Gamble, where he played a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results. As CFO of PSSI, Vipul’s expertise lies in financial strategy, planning, analysis, and guiding the company towards achieving its strategic goals. Vipul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Diego Alvarez

Diego Alvarez

Chief Compliance Officer

Diego Alvarez brings 15 years of domestic and global compliance experience for large corporations. Before joining PSSI as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Diego served as Senior Director for International Ethics and Compliance, Governance, and Monitoring at Walmart. Prior to that, he was a Compliance Director at Western Union for the Latin American Region. As CCO of PSSI, Diego’s extensive expertise is in building, operating, and enhancing compliance programs. He holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica.

Jeanette Bruni

Jeanette Bruni

Chief Human Resources Officer

Jeanette joined PSSI in 2021 as Vice President of Human Capital, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global retail food service, insurance brokerage, professional services consulting, and telecommunications. In her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer, she will oversee the company’s HR management and strategic direction. Prior to PSSI, Jeanette worked as an HR leader at McDonald’s. Jeanette holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Dayton.

Jimmy Alaniz

Chief Legal Officer

Santiago “Jimmy” Alaniz has been the chief legal officer for PSSI since 2014. Before joining PSSI, Jimmy was a partner at Fisher & Phillips, LLP, a national labor and employment firm, where he assisted employers with labor, employment and immigration matters. He has provided legal counsel as an external and internal counsel to PSSI dating back to 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice from the University of Texas in San Antonio, and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. Jimmy is also board certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

President of Sanitation

Doug White brings over two decades of experience in leadership and operational growth. Prior to his current position as President of Sanitation, Doug held the roles of Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Corporate Development at PSSI. Doug is responsible for overseeing and managing various key functions within the organization, including Safety, Sales, and Marketing aimed at ensuring the success and expansion of the Sanitation business. Prior to joining PSSI in 2013, Doug held positions at PepsiCo and Aramark, among others, accumulating more than 25 years of experience with consumer products and services. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College.

Jake Watts

Senior Vice President of Field Operations & Food Safety

Jake Watts brings over two decades of experience in the food safety industry and holds the title of PSSI’s Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Food Safety. Jake’s commitment to service excellence and his industry expertise will lead the growth of the sanitation division and ensure the highest standards of food safety. Prior to PSSI, Jake held various food safety & quality assurance roles at Tyson Foods and Pilgrim’s. Jake is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Bernardo Parlange

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

With over 20 years of global business experience, Bernardo joined the PSSI team in 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing. His primary role is overseeing PSSI’s commercial strategy. In his role, Bernardo’s focus is to drive revenue growth, increase customer value and expand new markets through innovative initiatives, strategic partnerships, and brand awareness. Prior to PSSI, Bernardo held key positions with Ecolab and ZF Group in sales, marketing, and general management. Most recently Bernardo was the VP & GM of Lobster Ink and prior to it VP & GM for Institutional Asia Pacific. Bernardo holds an MBA in General Management & Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Chris Knight

Chris Knight

Senior Vice President of Chemical Operations

With over 28 years of leadership experience, Chris brings experience in overseeing diverse functions, including business, marketing, EH&S, supply chain, business development, engineering, R&D, and manufacturing. Prior to PSSI, Chris was Vice President of Operations at 5E Advanced Materials where he successfully led the engineering, construction, and operations of a small-scale Boron and Lithium facility in California. Before his role at 5E, Chris spent nearly 10 years with Pilgrims, one of the largest vertically integrated poultry producers in the world. In his current role as SVP for Chemical Operations, Chris plays a pivotal role in advancing and steering our chemical business forward. Chris holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
